As a reminder, we are a screen and small part replacement cell phone repair service. New factory adhesive will come on all new rear covers.We always attempt to order factory replacement adhesive on all Samsung model repairs. It is recommended that back glass / plastic covers are replaced every time you repair your phone for the best possible repair results. In ALL modern Samsung models, we must heat and remove the glass/hard plastic backing in order to perform ANY repairs. For older models, we typically use extended capacity batteries if they are available for the specific model of phone, but will need to be ordered. Only in either Samsung repair scenarios or battery replacement scenarios do we need access to the phone. We do try and keep the most of the popular models of screens and small parts on hand. Each model of cell phone typically has their own uniquely fitting and compatible parts, and we cannot swap parts between models. We cannot feasibly keep every cell phone screen and part available on the market in stock at all times, we simply don’t have room!
